Reiss Bright is an entrepreneur and a collaborative leader passionate about bringing people together to tackle challenges and create innovative solutions. With a strong foundation in communication and strategy, Reiss has dedicated his career to building meaningful connections and driving results in the logistics industry.
Reiss began his career journey in 2009 with JB Hunt Transport, where he excelled as an enterprise sales executive, consulting clients on services ranging from Dedicated Contract Services to Intermodal, Trucking and Integrated Capacity Solutions. In 2015, he joined XPO Logistics (now RXO) as a National Account Executive, where he spearheaded efforts to acquire new clients and expand business divisions, including freight brokerage, intermodal and drayage, LTL, warehousing, expedite and freight forwarding.
In 2021, Reiss co-founded Running Ox Logistics alongside BRW owners Mike White and Nate Haney. Under his leadership, the Louisville, Kentucky-based branch has grown into a $6 million revenue operation, delivering tailored logistics solutions and upholding BR Williams’ commitment to excellence. Reiss’ entrepreneurial spirit and focus on establishing collaboration continue to shape the future of logistics.
Reiss resides in Louisville, Kentucky, with his wife, Kelly, and their three kids, Estelle, Pearson and Sullivan.
