I wasn't the worse,but if you are flatbed you have to back in the only bay door facing the road off the street. Very little shoulder, no room for errors and you got to be a bully and block up the road to back into the bay. 1st: drive into gate on the north side of building check in. 2nd: U-turn turn left and then back into the middle bay. Once you are untarped they will get you unloaded quick. Only reason for the 3 stars is because of that backing off the street. I don't think overnight parking is allowed.

160-176 Wallace Cir, Piedmont, AL 36272 This address will lead you to the front gate entrance. Do not turn down glinter ave there is no back entrance i learned that the hard way Lucky I live in Piedmont and didn't get in trouble with Piedmont pd for no truck route.

Fast unload! Once I backed up on the door and pulled my parking breaks, they got to work. Maybe 15 minutes total time? Unreal!

Wow. When I say they are lightening fast man. Arrived 1349. Unloaded by 1418. Full load. He said 20 mins it was more like a solid 15. Thanks for the prompt unload. Also unloaded a day earlier. Not to say they always do this but nice to know they are flexible and understanding drivers are trying to maximize their revenue as well.
