Perrin Marthe

Vice President of Logistics

Perrin is a proven logistics executive with more than 20 years of experience leading culture-driven, high-performing operations. As Vice President of Logistics, she brings a strong track record of operational excellence, strategic execution, and continuous process improvement, paired with a deep commitment to frontline engagement and team development. Her leadership style centers on building accountable teams, strengthening operational discipline, and delivering sustainable results.

Perrin began her career with Federal Transportation Services in 2005, where she held account and operations management roles that established her foundation in transportation operations. In 2013, she joined U.S. Xpress and advanced through five progressive leadership positions over twelve years. Her roles included Director of Brokerage Operations, Senior Director of OTR Operations, and most recently Regional Vice President of OTR Operations, where she led large-scale teams and complex transportation networks while driving performance, safety, and growth.

Perrin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bryan College. She resides in Ringgold, Georgia, with her husband, Chad, and their two children, Blake and Kira.
