In 1958, BR Williams Trucking, Inc began with one man, one truck, and one dream. That man was Bill Williams. After losing his life in an on-site fire, Bill’s wife, Ruth Williams, fearlessly took charge and ran the business during a tumultuous time for women in leadership. Many years later, Ruth handed the baton to her son in law, Greg Brown, who saw the company through the worst economic downturn of our time and has taken the company to heights Bill and Ruth could have only dreamed.
This year we celebrate the dream of that one man, the two courageous leaders who extended his legacy and the countless members of our BR Williams family who have served alongside us all these years. This year is particularly special for the BR Williams family as we are thrilled to be celebrating our 60th year of business.
Built on three simple promises: Honesty, Integrity, and Service (HIS), BR Williams Trucking has become a leader in the transportation industry.
