Phillip Deason brings over 40 years of expertise in the distribution field, making him a trusted leader in warehouse operations and supply chain management. Before joining BRW in 2020, Phillip oversaw multiple distribution centers across North America, managing access to over 7.1 million industrial replacement parts and serving more than 200,000 maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers across diverse industries. His extensive experience has honed his ability to deliver exceptional operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

He remains at the forefront of industry advancements through affiliations with organizations like the Warehouse Education and Research Council (WERC), Council of Supply Chain Professional Managers (CSCPM), International Warehouse Logistics Association (IWLA) and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

At BRW, Phillip oversees all fulfillment center operations, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal and external customers. His focus on enhancing service offerings and expanding value-added solutionsplays a critical role in achieving the company’s goals and driving continuous growth.

Phillip resides in Lincoln, Alabama, with his wife, Pam. They have two children and six grandchildren. Phillip enjoys spending time with family and friends, supporting youth sports and giving back to community organizations, including those that serve veterans and individuals with special needs.
