Senior Director of National Sales

Blake Dials is a results-driven sales leader with a passion for building lasting relationships, driving growth, and creating opportunities that make a tangible impact on both customers and communities. With a proven track record in supply chain and logistics, Blake combines operational insight with strategic vision to deliver solutions that strengthen partnerships and fuel business success.

Blake began his career in the transportation industry during his final year at Morehead State University, where he joined a Lexington-based logistics company and quickly demonstrated a knack for business development. Over the years, he has held roles spanning operations and national sales, earning a reputation for exceeding goals and leading initiatives that unlock new revenue streams.

In his most recent role before coming to BRW, Blake served as a Corporate Account Executive, supporting customers nationwide and implementing sales practices that kept accounts healthy and growing. In 2025, he brought his expertise to BRW, where he currently serves as Director of National Sales, leading nationwide customer initiatives, developing team processes, and driving strategic growth.

Raised in the hills of Appalachia in Martin County, Kentucky, Blake is deeply committed to giving back to his community. He actively volunteers through his local church, Southland Christian Church, and serves on the alumni board for Morehead State University. Outside of work, Blake is expanding his real estate portfolio and investing in the economic development of Eastern Kentucky.

Blake resides in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife, Claire Marie Dials and their Daughter Sandra Dials.
