Executive Vice President of Finance

Brandy Pennington is a collaborative leader with nearly two decades of financial leadership experience. Brandy started her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young. This experience served as a strong foundation to grow her career in finance and accounting. She has held a variety of positions in both public and private companies ranging from low $100 millions in annual revenue to over $4 billion in annual revenue.

Brandy believes that building a strong team is the key to a successful finance department and organization as a whole. She is known for mentoring and empowering her team for growth. Brandy has spent much of her career focused on implementing internal controls and building more efficient processes for accounting departments.

Brandy resides in Lexington, KY, with her husband, Brant, and their two daughters, Zoey and Skylar. When she’s not working, Brandy enjoys traveling, sporting events and running.
