Craig Burgess joined BRW in 1993 after earning his degree in Supply Chain Management from Auburn University. From the start, he knew he had found the perfect fit in an organization whose values mirrored his own.

Craig believes service extends beyond customer interactions—it encompasses serving the community and supporting others in meaningful ways. A servant leader at heart, he is dedicated to putting others first and fostering a collaborative environment where people feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Throughout his tenure, Craig has exemplified BRW’s core values, continually striving to uphold the principles that define both his character and the company’s legacy. His unwavering commitment to integrity-driven leadership and community service makes him a vital part of the BRW team.

Craig resides in Anniston, Alabama, and spends most of his free time surrounded by family. Craig has eight great-nieces and nephews, and he enjoys attending their sports events and school programs.
