Perrin Marthe

Senior Director of Logistics

Perrin is a seasoned leader with 20 years experience leading culture-driven, results-oriented operations.  Her career is defined by process improvement, strategic execution, and a deep commitment to frontline engagement and development. 

Perrin began her career with Federal Transportation Services in 2005, where she served in account and operations management roles. In 2013, Perrin joined U.S. Xpress where she held five progressive roles over twelve years including Director of Brokerage Operations, Sr. Director of OTR Operations, and most recently Regional Vice President of OTR operations at U.S. Xpress. 

Perrin resides in Ringgold, Georgia with her husband Chad and their two children Blake and Kira.
