Thomas “TK” Bardwell is a certified transportation broker, logistics expert and industry innovator whose career of nearly 24 years includes solving supply chain challenges and advancing integrity-driven leadership.

TK’s journey began behind the wheel as a truck driver for BR Williams in 2000. Since then, his career has evolved from hands-on operations to executive leadership, where he now oversees the company’s Logistics Division. Under his guidance, the division has achieved remarkable growth, setting new standards in the industry. TK’s ability to blend operational expertise with strategic vision has been instrumental in driving this success.

Beyond BR Williams, TK served as Branch Manager for C.H. Robinson’s Mobile, Alabama office, where he pioneered innovations in carrier procurement and spearheaded record-breaking initiatives across the Southeast. His work led to the development of a company-wide program that continues to deliver results today.

His unique perspective—from the driver’s seat to the executive table—enables him to lead with purpose, empowering those around him to achieve excellence.

TK resides in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, and is a devoted husband to his wife, Trish, and a proud father to Erin, Teagan, and Dalton. He is an avid reader and a lifelong learner, with a particular focus on the 3PL industry and the economy. Though TK always had music as a hobby, he began performing professionally in 2015 and has since played nearly 500 shows.
