Streamline Your Auto Parts Packaging Process
Many times, auto parts packaging is not part of the manufacturer’s core business. Because of this, we offer to package the spare parts for you via our Southeast 3PL contract packaging company. You can send us bumpers, engine blocks, camshafts, or other vehicle parts in racks and we’ll take them out, package them individually, and then ship them for you. Here’s how the process works:
Break Bulk
Once a container is delivered to a BRW distribution center we unload each pallet, take out all dunnage and prepacking material, inspect the product, and then put the auto parts into the specialized car manufacturer service racks.
Packaging
We then deliver the auto parts in the metal product- customized racks straight to the assembly line. We can package the parts according to the OEM specifications, apply any rust control substance (VCI bags/material) to the product, and shrink wrap with customized labels.
Rack Management
Once the part is unloaded off of the customized metal racks we will pick up the empty racks and store them at our facility until the next shipment takes place. We also have the ability to track the empty manufacturer specified shipping racks.
